The Foundation is conducting a brief survey of the Foundation After School Time (FAST) programs. The surveys are open currently and will close on Monday, May 16 at 11:59 PM. Each survey will take less than 2 minutes to complete, and your responses to these surveys allow us to provide valuable feedback to our FAST vendors to help improve their programs.
